lately ni, ramai sgt blogger yg aku follow terpregnant lepas berat diorang turun... ada yg turun banyak kilo, ada yg sikit je... ehmp.. mmg betul la teori yg kata kalau turunkan berat badan, chances utk pregnant akan naik...
adakah itu akan memotivasikan aku?

my current reading
salam..
it has been 4 weeks since i started my gym course.. i fixed 3 sessions per week with my trainer but lately, i felt sooo lazy.. my old me is back! arghhh... i hate this feeling... i am demotivated again! as usual..
on weighing today, my scale showed number 80.2kg, and i was totally shock! suddenly, it killed my training mood ( i'm supposed to have training this evening) and quickly off to my husband's house instead of going to the gym.. bengang sangat kut!
luckily, i found this blog, http://jomkurustoday.blogspot.com/ which is recommended by one new friend in the internet.. i really impressed by the way she lost weight n was able to 'translate' what she had learnt from her diet 'guru ' Jillian Michaels to her readers to read.. memang best! kak imah, u did a very good job!
skrg ni pun tgh duk membaca lg... tgh nak kutip infos n knowlegde.. semoga berjaya lah hendaknya...

the shocking news!
salam..
Hampir seminggu takde entry baru sbb bizi dgn study journal.. arghhh.... kenapa kena study journal? kenapa tak boleh study buku teks je? pagi petang siang malam asyik tengok journal je.. takpe, lupakan hal belajar kejap...
sejak aku join gym ni, aku rasa fitness level aku jd better compared masa aku mula2 start training.. tp yg frustnya, berat aku baru turun sekilo je dah 2 minggu ni... tp kat lengan tu ada rasa sikit kurenglah... jd la, at least aku ada rasa perubahan kan..
cuma lately bila aku workout, aku sakit dada.. kadang2 bila dah stop pun aku sakit gak.. tak tau kenapa.. tp takde la pening2 ke hape, kdg2 rasa nak melayang tu ada la.. last weekend aku gi satu klinik private kat pekan sijangkang tempat hubby aku.. check2 doc tu kata aku ada HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!! terkejut giler aku.. tak pernah2 seumur hidup aku yg mencecah 31 tahun ni, aku didiagnose dgn hypertension.. my reading that day was 160/86mmHg.. before aku masuk ukm ni, medical checkup aku clear je.. masa buat treatment kat hospital pun akunye BP ok je.. ni something wrong somewhere ni... aku mmg tak puas hati.. lg pun doc tu aku tgk mcm nak tak nak je treat patients.. hampeh punya doc.. aku taknak dah jumpa mamat doc yg hampeh tu lg..
before balik dia suruh aku buat daily BP monitoring, siap bg kad kat aku.. tghari td aku buat kat klinik jd 140/80mmHg.. pehtu petang sket lg, 118/78mmHg... malam td pulak aku buat kat gym ( lepas aku buat workout lg!) 111/78mmHg.. isk isk isk...
sape yg salah sape yg betul ni? takpe, esok buat lagi BP monitoring... uwaa....
