to be honest to all, minggu ni aku tak ambik shake lagi TAPI aku control portion aku n aku ambil teamix... sbb utama tak ambik shake sebab tak sempat ( ALASAN lagi... ).. aku oncall minggu ni dan kes amatlah banyak.... HUHUHU... kul 5pg pun ada.. time nak dekat2 bukak puasa pun ada.. tp takpe, dah tanggungjawab aku kan berbakti kepada negara, cheh!
to all taiping people, dont get urself knocked, hit dan sewaktu dengannya dlm minggu ni.. semua kena behave well untuk elakkan kecederaan ok!
btw, aku dah start bereksesais sejak smlm.. main badminton.. ptg ni pulak nak bererobik! 1, 2, 3.... 8 lagi..

This entry is to motivate my good friend KC and my demotivated best friend PP
Out of nowhere she asked ," How do you start?"
Interesting as that's what I struggle with everyday.
How do you overcome all the lame excuses you try to make? How do you overcome the :
"No mood la"
"Ate too much"
"Ate too little"
"Too hot outside"
"It's raining" ( even tho it's just a drizzle)
"No time"
For an amateur, I think I'm in no place to give out big advices.But the best I could come up with is ~ Don't think, just do.
That's just about it.
When you're tired or down or full or swarmed with work or just plain lazy, don't over analyze it, just put on your shoes and go.
The first 5 minutes will be grueling. You'll want to stop, you'll want to haul those shoes in the drain, you'll swear under your breath what the hell you got yourself into, but trust me after those 5 minutes it'll be okay. Just do.
Best yet, somewhere in the run, your feet will go on autopilot and suddenly you find yourself thinking "What? *insert appropriate mileage* already?
Trust me.
Don't really think of how tired you will be, how fast you are, how slow you're going, how far you're covering. At least, not too much.
At the end, you'll think, by golly she's right. You did that much. You did that far. You did it.
As I mentioned, I struggle with this too everyday. If only runs were not that tiring. Ain't it grand if you can run all day without being tired? This I told him. He wisely nodded, then said " That'll be just great. Right until you drop dead smack in the middle of the road"
Right.

sorry sbb lama giler tak update menu.. sbbnya dari 6-8 okt ari tu attend kursus kat cinta sayang resort sg petani.. balik je dari sana terus gi klang pulak utk bertemu hubby tersayang.. so, acara makan2 telah berlangsung dengan jayanya tetapi alhamdulillah, masih boleh kontrol.. nasib baik bila timbang pagi tadi masih tak kembali ke berat asal..

day 7 ( mari beraya! )
aku start blog aku hari ni dgn tangisan.. huhuhuhu... kenapa? setelah agak berjaya menjaga pemakanan sepanjang minggu, semalam adalah hari yang mengecewakan.. sbb pergi beraya rumah sanak saudara seharian dan acara makan-makan dr pkul 10am-11.30pm..... huhuhuhu...

day 4 ( day 2 puasa ganti)
salam..
pg td masa nak sahur, ngantuk yang amat2... nak bukak mata pun tak boleh... nak ke dapur bancuh shake pun rasa azab giler.. huhuhu... akhirnya paksa tangan ambik air tepi katil dan minum sambil mata pejam.. nasib la labu..
akibatnya aku jd tak berapa nak larat menjelang pkul 3.. huhuhu... dah le hari ni membuat aktiviti mencabut gigi di klinik trong... balik ke taiping pun staff tegur muka letih giler... prihatin jugak staff aku ni..
